Spruce Confections operates the Spruce Confections Online Ordering Portal (SCOOP) which provides the SERVICE.

SCOOP uses information we collect to operate, maintain, and provide you the features and functionality of the Service, to analyze how the Service is used, diagnose service or technical problems, maintain security, personalize content, remember information to help you efficiently access your account, monitor aggregate metrics such as the total number of visitors and traffic, and improve customer service.
Information You Provide:
You provide us basic information about yourself and your business, including but not limited to your name, email address, and business address, if you have registered for an account with the service. Your name, email address, and other information you choose to provide on the Service will not be viewable and discoverable by the public but will be viewable by Spruce Confections staff. The information we collect will be used to contact you when necessary.
Emails
SCOOP will send you periodic emails via the email address you have provided via a third-party service provider. All emails are sent with standard TLS encryption, and are designated for the email recipient only. These emails will only be sent for the following reasons:
- Onboarding and account setup
- Password-resets and other assistance involving logins
- Invoices as PDFs
Generally, you may not opt-out of these communications, which are not promotional in nature. If you do not wish to receive them, you have the option to deactivate your account.
